have you ever had those dreams

where you're just finishing making a cartoon, or project and it fills you with accomplishment and satisfaction then you wake up and realize you haven't even started that cartoon/project.

feels like shit when you wake up, but maybe we're just dreaming our future anyway.. hmm

i like those dreams because it shows you how the product can be once it's finished

but sometimes they suck because you finish the product, and it's totally what the dream wasn't portraying.

and then i get sad.

i think about what my work will look like finished and usually it looks awesome like beyond what im capable of producing which discourages me from producing it AND THE CYCLE CONTINUES FOREVER

Haha yes I've had that dream before! I was so excited to see it done (and drawn WAY better than I could ever actually do haha), then woke up, saw the half done short and went "ah mannnnn." I've even had a dream that I worked on a part of the cartoon (just like animated the next scene coming up) only to find I didn't really do it... it had just been done in my sleep.

sometimes befor ei sleep i turn on my ipod and listen to songs wether it is just instrumentals or real songs or WHATEVER, sometime si visualise or try and think of a music video that i would amke animation wise or liveaction u know
