you do marceline more justice than she is worth, everyone on that show just drives me nuts how their dot eyes and mouths just haphazardly float around their face

and nice work on the 1 layer. but no shame in having a lineart layer. i like to merge only after i've layed down a lot of color on the color layer and then colorized the linework to match it

i would have done that, but it felt more fun doing it on one layer

I think it's the colours. I'm a sucker for a pale pink and some grey. Or maybe it's the eyelashes, because you know I'd kill someone and take their eyelashes if they looked like that.

thanks! i liked her because her hair and body are both really goopy looking and it's a monster girl so i couldn't refuse when she asked me to draw her!

her tail works like a real shark tail, all it does is flap sideways and it's able to bend but like an actual shark tail does

yes that's what i thought but she draws them that far out on them so ¯\_(◕‿◕)_/¯
but i agree i should have drawn them closer to the lobe (if she even has one)
