I don't know if you guys have watched any of the animation from the former Soviet Union or just after its collapse, but in my opinion its some of the best ever. Their ability to tell a story in a short amount of time (and so well), the quality of the animation, and the stories are all great. Most of these are from 1960-1990's that were either shows or short animations. some are without subtitles, but for most it doesnt matter.
