a very rough sketch I did a while ago, practicing with stick-like figures. using something that looks like a ribcage and pelvis for a little help

A. some random heroic pose I did, and did the hair (sucks) and stick figure above it for fun (i got a little lazy with finishing it, though...)
B. sitting under maybe moonlight, practicing shading
C. using something like a over-the-shoulder perspective with a guy (shooting and missing) a person with a gun
D. osama teaching kids. nuff said

so far so good

C shows you have a grasp of the anatomy. as does B. with A, the full piece, just work some more on the upper body (the shoulder to upper arm join is too thin) and give him an ass. i always used to forget the ass too.

WHY ARE THEY ALL BITMAPS
save as pngs if you want lossless formats
anyway
you're getting a better sense of form and depth
these are definitely an improvement
