Ask me about any title and I will answer as BEST I CAN whether it is worth getting or not.

You can pretty much ignore the 'time played' thingy because apparently it's really dodgy and resets itself every now and then, and also doesn't count in time played when in offline mode.

There are a few games I genuinely haven't even played, like Gothic II, because they came in a bundle with other games and I didn't bother with them, and others I've only played very briefly because they turned out to be really bad or didn't work properly, such as the Prison Tycoon or 18 Wheels of Steel games.

There's also a handful of games that have much higher system requirements and I only got them to play on my desktop, which I usually don't have accessible since I am rarely at home.

SF4 on PC is fine if you have a decent controller on the side I guess, I never did get into it very well though, and I had a lot of trouble with Windows LIVE so I never played it online.

how was kane and lynch 2 i kinda liked the first one alot but i forgot they even made a sequel

Sinitron

I hated K&L, I got K&L2 to play with friends but as it turns out they had stopped playing by the time I got it on sale so I never actually played it LOL.........

I'm going to install it now, it's only like 6.5-7 gigs.

According to the people I know who playED it, it was good.

FYI there's also a demo on Steam if you want to try it for yourself.

i played sf4 on the pc online quite a bit it was pretty fun but you still had your fair share of assholes, i dunno how many people still play on pc now that they aren't bringing out ssf4 for the pc. i am slightly tempted to reinstall and give it another go.

hows amnesia it looks really really good

I got the Hitman games as part of the Eidos pack I think, I installed them and a large batch of other games on my desktop but I didn't actually get around to playing them. I personally didn't like ETW much, I thought it was clunky and didn't really get into it very well. Metro 2033 is pretty good if you can ignore the awful characters, the Riddick games hold up pretty well too if you can ignore how awful Vin Diesel is, and DoW2 isn't bad, but it feels very slow and sluggish, and DoW was more fun back in the day. Still not a bad game.

I'm not sure how GOOD Amnesia is, but it sure is fucking creepy... which is pretty much the main feature of the game, so I guess it delivers well. You can tell that that it's made by a low-level developer though.

Sinitron

Metro also has a lot of bugs and glitches... usually not game-breaking though. Usually. I got stuck walking sideways once, that was probably the worst one. Others include a monster dying and then getting stuck to a railway cart, and then constantly roaring until I left the area. Most are harmless and cosmetic, if annoying.

Sinitron

never had any problems with them

funzop

i played it very briefly and thought they were awful idk

Sinitron

sons of the apocalypse were worse

not because they were harder, but when they exploded in your face the game would just grind to a complete halt because the effects weren't optimized at all

ETW is one of those games that it's really important to do tutorials and know how the game works before you play the grand campaign, but it does pay off trust me i'm currently oppressing a huge portion of india as the dutch. Also the Hitman games, especially Blood Money are great fun and you should really give them a playthrough. ill be sure go give metro and riddick a try if another good deal for them comes along.

like tron said you can really tell that amnesia is a low-budget adventure
the puzzles aren't very challenging or captivating. mostly they serve to keep you afraid of wandering around the dark parts of the castle trying to find stupid shit.
but if you get immersed in the game it is like the fucking creepiest experience ever, so yea, it's a god horror game

the campaign and shooting is pretty meh. i like the visual style, and the multiplayer modes are really cool, where it's encouraged to strategically betray the other players. i wouldn't pay full price for it, especially since there are no people online to play with.

also the solo campaign has pretty much no point. i will sum up the entire story in spoiler tags.
kane flies in to shanghai to visit lynch. a job goes bad and a mob boss's daughter gets shot. the mob boss turns out is in control of everything so the police and army come after you and rape+kill lynch's gf. you try to escape and accidentially crash a helicopter into the mob boss's headquarters. decide since you're there to kill him. run away to the airport and at the last second before you get onto the plane get attacked by 2 dogs who go down about as easily as you'd expect 2 dogs to go down. (hur hur dog days) roll credits.
it was ok with a friend to play through the story with, but good god only buy it when it's on a steam sale for like $5. i'll play through with you bro
