Despite the guy not having as much "stuff" as the girl, I find him much more interesting. This is probably because I can pick up more character in his body language, face, and his weapon's attitude- which kind of helps his own. The girl is just kind of "there" and without more setup I can't get a good read on what kind of person she is (besides being a mechanic). Like is she normally smug or is she annoyed at something? I don't know because the body and face doesn't tell me anymore then her scowl. I'm probably over-analyzing something you just drew on a whim lol, sorry about that.

really rough sketches for some requests on DA, i'll be fixing these up at the weekend along with a dozen others

the subject matter fluctates greatly in quality so i'm drawing everything from babes to my little pony

These are looking pretty swish though. Can't wait to see them all finished.

aaaah that happens to a lot of my stuff too, maybe you should try having a more sorta sketchy styled inking for that one, then you'll get to keep more than one solid line that might suggest movement, depending on how well you pull it off.

Guh, everything of yours is so solidly constructed and looks 3D even in the sketch phase. Man I am jealous.
