Every month I offer 15 limited sketch requests to my $30+ patrons that I will draw live on stream. I do 4 sketch request streams a month with 5 sketches per stream. My stream schedule changes every month, so I will post streaming dates with a spreadsheet of slots to choose from on Patreon every month, as well as posting announcements when I go live. You can also get instant notifications when I go live by creating an account and following my piczel channel.
Once you've made a pledge at the $50 level if any are available, email your request to rtil@thebackalleys.com with the following information:
If you have realized you made a mistake or forgot something in your request, please reply to your original email so that it stays in the email chain. This makes my life a lot easier so I don't have to keep track of multiple emails for a single request.
After you have done this, find the relevant Patreon post either in the Discord channel or by checking my recent Patreon posts for the spreadsheet to choose a stream slot. If you want your sketch to be private, you can skip doing this.
You have up to 60 days after your pledge to redeem that month's sketch, after which I reserve the right to deny the request, as these are limited time rewards that I have designed to fit in to my schedule within a reasonable timeframe.
Your pledge makes you eligible for one full-bodied character. You can have up to 3 characters in a sketch, but I won't draw them full-bodied. From the hips/waist area up at most.
As far as what I will draw, I have hardly ever turned down a request - however there are few things I will not draw. Here is a short list of subject matter I will refuse with no exceptions:
My colored sketches are done with line, simple color and some highlights. This is the level of polish you can expect from my sketch requests:
If it's streamed, usually within 24 hours of your sketch being streamed. Even if you get a screenshot, I always go through the sketches later and touch them up. If your sketch isn't streamed, I'll get to it in the order I receive them, and always sent out before the end of the month. If for some reason your sketch is time sensitive, please let me know.

Slots are determined based on the stream and slot that you pick in my spreadsheets that I put up at the beginning of the month. It takes me about 1 hour to do a sketch, so for each slot you can add an extra hour to predict about what time your sketch will be drawn.
My streams tend to last around 7 hours. If for whatever reason you need to swap slots with someone, sometimes it can be arranged - especially if it means someone gets to have their sketch done earlier. Either contact the person directly if you know them or see them on Discord, or if you can't do that try asking me. If you have to miss your sketch request, the next best thing is that Picarto saves VODs of my most recent streams and you can still watch a video archive of it being drawn.
Private and off-stream sketches are done in the order I receive them when I have the time, but always sent out before the end of the month.

Outside of upgrades, no - unless if I have made a neglectful mistake that doesn't match up with your original request.
Yes. This is not a commission service, it is a limited bonus I offer to people who want to support my content. Because slots are limited and an exclusive part of my Patreon campaign, offering them to anyone would be disincentivizing to my Patrons.
