Even if something is very overrated, it might be a good idea to allow it on the site anyways if someone is willing enough to write an article about it.

Despite the fact I just joined today, I've actually been occasionally lurking on this forum for a while now. The main reason I joined is because of Anipedia but also because I think this seems like a nice forum to post on. I'll try to be at least semi-active here and that's about all I have left to say.

Maybe it can be set it up where if some users believe an article isn't worthy enough, the article's creator has to state why he believes it deserves to remain. Then again, if the creator was on vacation and didn't have a chance to defend his article, that wouldn't be very fair. :/

individual animations, series and collabs, yes. this is where the whole 'notability' thing does come in to play, because people cant' be making articles about every single solitary cartoon they've done, it would be a mess.  we have to set up some kind of guidelines for WIP's and existing animations.
Maybe there can be a policy where a flash isn't allowed to have it's own wiki if nobody (besides it's creator) really cares about it. If a flash isn't very popular but has good animation and/or a good story, I see no harm in it having it's own wiki entry.

Maybe there can be more emphasis on flash animations.
