i dont work out but i ride my bike a lot  B)

this was my monthly total from september
this is a lot of mileage i'd consider this working out even if you do it out of necessity. 34 miles in a day goddamn

is this some kind of tracking app for your bike?

yes, i use Ride With GPS, but there are a bunch of others. i like this app though, it has some neat features that others dont, but it does cost me 85.00 usd/year

it's pretty brutal, i'm always tired and thirsty, and no matter how much water i drink i feel dehydrated, and i think i have a few cavities but i cant afford to get that looked at, also, knowing i'll never "make it" in this capitalist wasteland is pretty disheartening. but i have a nintendo switch and a neat computer so that's nice

they recommend that you just keep the area from getting dry, i use aquaphor, but simple unscented lotion will do. only have to do that for a week or two, and also use sunscreen as needed.

and yeah, i did get them all done at the same place, i dont have any complaints about the colored tattoos but all my tattoos are less than a year old so i dont really know about long-term fading

the knuckle tattoos are harder to heal properly, but the ones on the back of my hand are still looking very sharp
